Parents need to inform Front Office staff of the medication students are taking. Medication needs to be clearly labelled (name, dose, times for administering). Written authority is required from parent/guardian for a member of staff to administer prescription medication. Medications are stored securely by the Front Office staff. Messages During the Day
Parents bringing messages, lunches or materials, to school during the day, should leave them at the Front Office and they will ensure that they get to the appropriate class.
Money & Notes Collection
All monies & notes sent to school should be given to the teacher at the beginning of the day or placed into the payments slot in the Front Office. They should be placed in an envelope with your child's name and class, activity details and amount clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. A receipt will be issued for amounts over $5.00. Credit Card facilities are available for amounts over $20.00PLEASE NOTE: All payments for P&C activities i.e. raffles, discos should be placed in a separate envelope. Canteen meal deals should also be placed in separate envelopes. All envelopes need to be clearly marked.
