Medication

Parents need to inform front office staff of the medication students are taking. Medication needs to be clearly labelled (name, dose, times for administering). Written authority is required from parent/guardian for a member of staff to administer prescription medication. Medications are stored securely by the front office staff. Responsibility for collecting medication rests with the student, or parent/carer. For further information go to the departmental policy on Administering Medication - www.det.act.gov.au

Messages During the Day

Should parents need to pass on a message to their child during the day, we ask that they call or see front office staff. School staff will ensure the message is passed on to the child.

Should families need to deliver lunch or other materials to their child during the school day, we ask that they please leave them at front office and staff will ensure these are delivered to the appropriate class.

Money & Notes Collection

All monies & notes sent to school need to be given to the teacher at the beginning of the day. Alternatively, families are able to take these to the front office for processing. For ease of processing, please label any envelopes clearly with the child's name and class, activity details and amount.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments for P&C activities such as raffles, discos should be placed in a separate envelope.
