Voluntary Contributions

The ACT Government centrally funds Government schools in Canberra.  The school also relies on the generosity of parents making voluntary contributions to the school each year. 

The voluntary parent contribution is set by the School Board and is reviewed annually. 

In 2007 the voluntary contributions is at $100 for the first child, $80 for second and subsequent children, with a family maximum of $260 per year.  Contributions can be paid at the Front Office.

For some activities and excursions a fee is requested from parents to cover the actual costs associated with such events.
